“I've only been using nood for two weeks, so I can't yet vouch for its effectiveness. At first, increasing the level and making myself press the button was a little intimidating because I was bracing for the pain. However once I got used to it, it's relatively pain-free and easy to use . Some areas are definitely more sensitive than others, but even at the highest level (7), it's a very quick, bearable zapping sensation. The light seems really bright, especially when using it on rounded areas where more of the light escapes - feels really goofy sometimes, but I wear sunglasses as a precaution. Recommended use is 2 sessions / week; a session includes 3 passes over the treatment area. Smaller areas go quickly, but I've started treating my legs and it is a bit of a time commitment twice a week. Following the directions and hoping for the best!”
