“First, the directions were perfect. I was nervous to try this and wasnt sure how it was going to go. I was put at easy by the PERFECT directions. It is easy to use for certain. It definitely works, but for people with thicker hair, it may take longer to notice a change. I recommend putting on some kind of aloe or cooling solution as you start doing the settings higher.”
