I will say the instruction booklet could be much better, it's somewhat hard to follow and missing a bit of information. For example, it doesn't say to go over each area 3x! I found that information only on the week-by-week tracking page. The information about "how it works" is also in the back of the book and should definitely be in the front! It was confusing to read the first time, I look forward to getting to know the process and updating my review as I use it more!”
