PROs: It’s not painful. You notice it, but it feels slightly annoying. It’s quick and doesn’t add too much time after my shower, before I lotion and dress, so is easy enough to add into my routine.
CONs: the flash is very, very bright! I wasn’t aware of this before purchasing and nowhere mentioned on the instructions. I wear dark sunglasses and close my eyes but it still feels like it could be damaging.
To that end, I find the instructions very confusing and vague. The flasher has settings 1-7, but you only see results by using 6 or 7… so what’s the point of the other settings? Also, it wasn’t clear in the instructions to repeat each areas 3times each time you do process.
