“I am only in my first week of using it but I am excited to see what a game changer it will be. I’m tired of ingrown hairs. So far it can be painless at lower levels. The pain I experienced at level 6 is VERY minimal and worth the hopeful outcome. It does also heat up more than I expected but not painful since you move to a new patch of skin after 2-3 flashes.”

I was a little nervous about using a high setting at first given the popping noise it makes but you get used to it. I'm not very good at following directions so hopefully I'm not in pain tomorrow. I think it would be really helpful if the instruction booklet that came in the box had all the necessary information in one place all together in the booklet and not scattered throughout the booklet and the faq on the website (eg i was having a hard time finding info about moles and freckles in the booklet). Overall a positive experience.”
