“I have spends a lot money on different hair removal. I decided to purchase this product, hopes it would reduce the amount of hair growth that I experience, won't have to shave any more! I received the product, it was nicely packaged and looks and feels like a good quality product. It comes with everything that is shown on the product photo. The device itself with the power cord.
Remember to shave prior to using the product, or else the hair above the skin gets in the way of the light penetrating through the skin into the hair follicle. Also, definitely wear the eye protection that is provided - the light is extremely bright. I tried this product for the 3rd times today and it seems to work well. For me, it wasn't painful at all on the 4th setting. I honestly didn't feel anything, someone who has experienced a lot of very painful hair removal treatments in the past, maybe it's just me. My skin doesn't looks any irritated afterwards.This product is really quick and easy to use. I was afraid that it would be painful or very time-consuming, so I'm really glad that I gave it a chance and purchased it anyways. I think I will stick with this, because it is unlike some of the other products I've used. it's not an unpleasant experience at all. It really is very quick, as advertised.

“I recently got this product. It came nicely packaged. I found the instructions a little confusing, but quickly figured out how it works. I have not used it but two times but I think I feel a difference in the hair above my lip. This is not my first try with IPL technology. I find that, with time, some of the more persistent hairs do grow back. I feel optimistic about this machine, secondary to all the great reviews and let's face it, it didn't cost too much. “Purchased this device last week and received it almost immediately in great condition. So, A+ on S/H! I had a difficult time understanding how the manual setting switched to automatic zaps when I used it, but was working. That’s what mattered. I’ve only used it once so far. I began with level 1 and 2 setting (depending on body part) because I have medium to olive skin. CAUTION- don’t use this on a high level right away, especially on sensitive areas. I will follow up with my results to truly see some progress!”
“I only received the item a few days ago, but am pleased so far. It arrived quickly and on time. Even though it was packaged good, the box came damaged on one corner and the inner plastic was broken, but this did not affect the product. I have used the item twice now, so no results are to be seen yet but I am happy with the ease of use. I bought this mainly to use on the chin/lip area. The only complaint I have so far is that I wish the manual came with how to position it in this area and how close the pulses should be to each other.”
