“I've only had this for about 2 weeks now but I find it easy to use and truly painless. The only discomfort so far has been at the highest level and that is only a short twinge/zap. Nothing close to unbearable (like a dermatologist laser can be); especially if it works! It's too soon to tell how well it works but I'm optimistic.
