“ngl this has been the worst purchase ever and their customer service is literally nonexistent started in february did everything perfectly and gave up in august with zero results to show for it each session took forever like 2 hours for legs underarms and bikini area twice weekly thats over 100 hours of my life gone plus the 200 dollars spent on this thing reached out to customer service and they were useless just sent basic tips i was already doing then ghosted me like thanks for nothing after all the time and money i invested in this thing”
