“i am beyond frustrated with this device and wish i never bought it i have light skin and dark hair which should be perfect according to them used it exactly as directed twice per week highest setting clean shaven the whole deal after three months zero difference contacted them about returning it but they convinced me to keep going and use it more frequently so i did like an idiot for five more months guess what still absolutely no change in hair growth actually got worse with irritation and ingrown hairs everywhere when i complained again they just gave empty apologies no refund nothing complete waste of hundreds of dollars dont make my mistake just go get professional treatment if you try it and see no results by 90 days return it immediately terrible product terrible company”
