I followed everything perfectly for my legs and underarms - fair skin dark hair exactly as recommended. Used it religiously twice weekly on highest setting after proper preparation. Three months later absolutely nothing changed. When I contacted support about getting my money back they just pushed me to keep using it saying results would come. Like a fool I listened and continued for another 5 months. Still zero results not even slightly thinner hair. Even worse my skin started getting irritated with red patches that wont fade. They promised permanent results in 8 weeks but here I am still shaving daily. When I reached out again they just said sorry we understand. Terrible! They clearly stalled until the return window closed. Save yourself the disappointment and money - go to a professional instead. If you dont see changes in 90 days return it immediately dont fall for their keep trying routine. Complete scam with awful support.”
