Found this device 14 weeks ago and use it twice weekly. Some hair started coming back before I got this but its helped keep things manageable. Haven't seen major reduction or increase since starting. Face stays mostly clear which is great. This device maintains results well enough. Maybe my expectations were too high for perfect results? Still worth buying but probably wouldn't match salon results if starting from zero. For comfort its mild but level 7 gets spicy especially if theres moisture (sometimes get sweaty during use). I stay between 4-6 depending on spot Will definitely continue hoping for complete results someday.”
