“The local supermarkets stock two brands of lemon butter/curd/honey/spread, both brands being rubbish. Years ago, they carried Aunty Von's Lemon Honey, which came from - surprise, surprise! - Gisborne, but that hasn't been available for some time now. Anyhow, Twisted Citrus's Lemon Curd was a delight to the taste buds, the best commercially-produced version I've had in quite a while. It looked like, and had the flavour of, Aunty Von's. Yum!! I hope to acquire more in future. Please don't change the recipe!”
