Had listened to several podcasts with Greg & thought I'd give these a try to help with recovery/performance I ordered the 14 day trial pack, which was delivered as expected The taste isn't too bad, a citrus taste to start with but it seems to be 'masking' an unpleasant after taste Possibly a personal reaction but I had to stop taking these after 3 days, as I'd had 3 days of stomach issues Tried again with them the following week to see if it was an isolated issue, but immediately started to have stomach issues again I'm not normally one to have issues like this from supplements, but the collagen just didn't agree with me at all

I began using this 2 weeks out from an Ironman 70.3. I was struggling to run even slowly. After using each day for 2 weeks, I completed the half marathon at the end of the race with zero pain. This really is a miracle cure.

I began taking Active Collagen 8 days before my 70.3 due to pain in both achilles. I'm pretty sure that it wasn't the placebo effect thay enabled me to run the half marathon off the bike, without any pain in my achilles at all. Given that a week before, running for more than 15 minutes was painful! Highly recommended.

This product has certainly eased up my stiiff/sore knee & elbow joints. Hopefully long term use will keep the stiffness & pain under control.

Always a bit sceptical about claims around most supplements (always believed a high quality, balanced diet was enough), but having almost hit 50 and having a body which breaks regularly I thought this was worth a try. Committed for 3 months to see whether it lived up to expectations, and it does. The changes are subtle, but it's the little things like not aching when I get out of bed in the morning, not having a niggle in my achilles which has lingered for the last 12 months. Add to that the great service and it's been a great addition to my dialy routine.
