I have been taken U-Perform’s collagen for 6 months and it has played a significant role in accelerating my recovery from injury. Now that is in powder form, it is much easier to take consistently!

I recently started using this instead of the tablets and found it much easier to use. It mixes really easily with all liquids and it’s great that it’s non flavoured. I regularly use collagen from UPerform and love their products and the reliability of the it to help make my joints and ligaments feel great whilst competing!

I love the new Active Sport Collagen Powder—so easy to add into my daily routine. I’ve noticed better recovery and less joint stiffness, which has really helped me stay consistent with training. Plus it’s actually taste nice which is a massive bonus!

As a 400m sprinter, this protein powder has completely changed my training experience! I have always struggled to eat enough protein, but with this powder it is easy, and enjoyable. I have never been a huge fan of protein powders as I find them to be filling and not extremely tasty, but this protein is the complete opposite, it’s really lightweight and actually enjoyable to drink!!

I’ve been using the active collagen range for 10 months and have really benefitted from it compared to other supplement options. As a sprint hurdler the stress of training on the body, especially joints and tendons, really takes a hit but having incorporated U Perform collagen into my recovery routine has dramatically helped ensure I stay in one piece and can train and perform at my best.

For athletes aged 45 and over, this supplement is particularly vital. Natural collagen production begins to drop significantly after 30, and by your mid-40s, the "wear and tear" on joints becomes a limiting factor in training volume. For me No1
