I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the samples. The samples were dispatched to the address provided on October 9th, and should have been with you in the next few days.
I can't see any communication from you via either our email address, the contact us page on our website, or the chatbot on our website - so we had no reason to believe the samples had not been received.
My colleague is emailling you to confirm the address you provided is correct; if you do not recieve her email, you can contacts us on orders@ukfabricsonline.com and we will sort out a replacement for you.
