“Sorry to say i have not received my fabric as yet. I have sent a an email yesterday asking when I can expect delivery but I have not had an answer as yet. I have not been notify who the courier is and a date when it well arrive. Very poor service and I would like a refund.”

I'm sorry to hear you have not received your fabric. It was dispatched on February 18th, and handed from Whistl to Royal Mail on February 19th (which is where the tracking on the 3-5 day service you selected ends).
You emailled us about this order at 18.13pm yesterday (when we were closed), and my colleague replied to your email at 8.52am today; so we would have appreciated a little bit more time to deal with this.
My colleague's email should explain the situation. But please rest assured that if we are unable to locate the package, we will dispatch a replacement or refund the item.
