I'm sorry that you've not received your fabric yet.
Unfortunately all of the 3-5 day orders we sent on April 14th were lost by the courier. Due to the Easter Bank Holidays, we only became aware of this problem on April 22nd, and we have spent the last 3 days trying to assist our courier in locating our missing parcels.
Last night your parcel received a scan and was handed over to Royal Mail, so it should be with you in the next couple of days.
Please accept our apologies for this, and for the delay it has caused.
