Firstly, can I apolgise that you haven't received your samples yet. These were dispatched to the address you've provided on February 26th, so you should have had them by now. I'm afraid since this was sent on a Royal Mail 1st Class stamp, there's no way for us to know that the samples haven't been received, until you contact us.
My colleague has since replied to the email you sent us earlier today. She will arrange replacements for you as soon as we've confirmed that the address provided is correct.
