“This fabric looks great on the upholstered parts of the setee and on the cushions that were filled with strong block foam. I did not think it would be suitable for soft cushions so used a different fabric for those.”

To clarify what we have discussed over email; you ordered four samples from us. Hazelwood Linen Mix Fabric in Beige and Cream; and the Linen Look Fire Retardant Upholstery Fabric in Sky Blue and Cream.
Your metres order was for 6 metres of Linen Look Fire Retardant Upholstery Fabric in Sky Blue, and 16 Metres of Linen Look Fire Retardant Upholstery Fabric in Cream. The pictures you have sent us show that you received the Linen Look Fire Retardant Upholstery Fabric, so we have sent you what you ordered.
You also told us over email that "[the Sky Blue] was the right one, it was the other one (cream) that wasn't." So it doesn't sound like there was an issue with the samples being incorrectly labelled.
You've told us that the Linen Look Fire Retardant in Sky Blue was what you were expecting, and for the cream you were expecting the Hazelwood Fabric. But you didn't order two different materials, you ordered the same fabric in two different colours.
As a company we do make mistakes, and we try to fix them as soon as we are made aware of them. But in this case, I don't think we've made a mistake. I think you've ordered the wrong material, and we have sent you what you ordered.
As I explained over email, you can return the cream fabric to us for a refund.
