“I was originally impressed and excited about my memory of ordering and using other UAW Branded handheld radios in the past. This one unfortunately was not the same positive experience. The radio was impossible to program due to errors with the downloadable software on the company site. Once I was able to download, it would not work properly and failed to recognize the radio for programming. Two emails and two phone calls to customer service, warehouse resulted in zero help or direction from the customer service staff or sales staff.”
