“Makayla and Nick were very responsive to a mechanical issue and they worked very quickly to resolve it. The replacement part was quickly despatched and despite the hiccup, it was a excellent customer service and the KLIK table is quick and easy to assemble. All parts aligned. There are cheaper alternatives in the market but the customer service sets UpDown apart and that proved to be really important in this case.”
