“Bought the bamboo pro standing desk and the frame was lost in shipping. After contacting the shipping company for over a week to no avail I sent an email to support and was able to get a reply within the hour. Within 2 days I was sent a new frame to complete the desk. The bamboo top is very solid, as is the frame. In fact the top may be too solid as while assembling the desk all the screws ended up getting stuck and stripping halfway and I needed to find other screws to use instead. Issues aside the desk itself is very good and I've had no issues with it in the couple of months I've been using it. Highly recommend this desk and shoutout to Jordan at support for quickly resolving shipping issues!”

“5 out 5 for delivery service, good looking sturdy bamboo desk and dual motors, and Aussie supplier with reasonable price. 2 out of 5 for control panel; works well only if I touch with fleshy part of finger. 2 presets is not enough for me and multi-user desk. Home button is wasted as it is fixed to the Australian standard for fixed desks (irrelevant for our usage) and can't be used as a third preset. A premium desk needs three (or ideally) 4 presets. Looking forward to upgraded control panel to give user experience 5 out of 5.”

We have an update for you! The new control panel addresses all your concerns. This includes:
- 4 preset buttons (no home button)
- Up/down buttons for fine adjustments
- Buttons are now "push buttons" as opposed to "touch buttons" so they are very easy to operate
