I’ve bought my first product out of desperation because nothing else worked. After trialing it for two weeks, it has reduced the urine smell on my leather sofa, so I’ve purchased the torch to see whether I can find the invisible urine to eliminate the smell.

This is the 2nd bottle we have bought because we’re so impressed with the contents... our cat keeps peeing inside :/ This does the job well and has a really nice smell with it too. Great product! And fast delivery, even to our regional location.

I have a dog who will toilet on the brick papers under the patio to avoid getting his paws wet when it's raining so it really started to smell after a few months on the patio. After finding this product and spraying it once, I noticed a HUGE difference with the urine odour almost gone. Have just applied it again hoping to remove the lingering smell but I really think it will be gone. Excellent product and would 100% recommend, it also smells really nice!

It’s been around six weeks since I used this product on our carpets and the pet smell is gone! I have tried other products before and while they removed the visual stain, they obviously only just masked the smell, as it came back within a week or two usually. I’m so happy with the results of this product!! I have a very sensitive nose, the spray smelled nice, no “chemical” smell when it went down (my mum visited the same day I sprayed it and commented on how nice the house smelled that day) and 6 weeks on my sensitive nose can’t detect any pet smells. Highly recommend

we have some old stains and after one heavy treatment following the instructions, it still seems to show stains with the black light. Not sure how many times we are meant to go over the stains.

Hi Judy, We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our product. We know our products and we completely back them with a money back guarantee to work as directed or your money back. However when customers tell us it hasn't work we always ask a few questions... 1. What type of surface are you treating (carpet, floorboards, etc) and how big is the area? 2. Do you know how old the stains are? 3. What type of urine are you treating? Human, cat, dog (breed)? The amount of urine can vary significantly. 4. Did you use previous products before applying urineFREE. If yes, what? 5. After urineFREE had dried did remove the residue completely? The number 1 reason urineFREE may not work is that previous products have been used before. Products containing chemicals and detergents will NOT remove urine. They remove the non-soluble components of urine, but leave behind the uric acid crystals that lodge into the fibres of the carpet, wood etc. If chemicals or detergents have been used before than these products coat the uric acid crystals (like a wax sealer to a floor) making it very difficult for any product including biological products such as urineFREE to penetrate, even water won't remove it. These uric acid crystals will therefore remain, leaving the stain and the odour for good. As per our instructions we recommend removing as much of previous as possible using a wet cloth and sponging out, rinsing the cloth in running water to wash away the previous products. Once you are sure that the previous products have been removed then you can apply urineFREE. The second reason is if you are applying urineFREE to porous surfaces then you may need more product to complete the job. Carpets, rugs, soft furnishings, concrete, pavers and unglazed surfaces are particularly porous and for urineFREE to be 100% effective it needs to go where all the urine has gone. In your case, it may be more effective to treat the underlay of the carpet if you can too. You need to saturate the stain and bleed the urine to the surface and this may take several applications, time and enough product. You can also use a plastic sheet to cover the carpet and allow the product to work for longer. The urine will slowly rise to the surface to allow you to wipe away the sticky by-product. Again we'll be happy to help because we and so many customers know our products work when used as directed. We hope to hear from you. Thanks Rachel

There was a potent urine smell in a room. I was recommended urineFREE and tried it and covered it with plastic. I may have to do a second coat of urine FREE to completely get rid of the smell, but pleased with the result.
