“Delivery was prompt and the delivery man was very helpful, although it's a good job I was home and not my wife on her own. Only one man came to unload the tank and cabinet, if it was just my wife at home she would not have been able to take the delivery as the delivery man needed help to unload and carry the items into the house.
The Fish tank is great and I am really pleased with it, however the instructions for filter were not very clear but got there in the end. The cabinet however is one drawer not three, which means the left and right are false drawers. I can understand the need for the right one to be false or the filtration system would not work. But some transparency would be nice to at least state only one drawer is usable. Why they didn't just make it two doors and one drawer in the middle is beyond me. Also the way the false drawers are connected to the doors is not fit purpose. On reflection I wish I had just bought the tank and sourced a cabinet separately.
However after some modifications to the cabinet to strengthen the false drawers I am more than happy with the tank itself.”
“Very happy with delivery time and delivery driver. And at first we ordered wrong tank. And it was easily cancelled and we re ordered the right one. Flat pack cabinet that was east to put together and vert sturdy, filter pipes through bottom of tank and filter easy to put together too. Overall very happy will the whole thing.
