“Firstly, I cannot fault Urmston Aquatics for their service as they were extremelly helpful and exceeded their obligation to my order.
I found the design of the AI Prime Mount Bracket to be flawed as the instructions (or lack of) did not explain that the metal washer has to be knocked into the hole with a rubber mallet/hammer as it is such a tight fit. Being nervous doing this myself in case I broke the item, Urmston Aquatics offered to fit this for me if I returned the mount bracket. I took them up on their offer and once fitted they returned the mount to me completely constructed free of charge or postage costs.
I would give Urmston Aquatics 5 stars for their service but only 3 stars for the mount as I think AI need to explain in the instructions that the connection is tight and the washer needs to be installed with force.”
