Hand a trapped nerve sciatic for a few days and after popping extra strong pain killers which did nothing I popped a couple of these....three days later no pain from the sciatica .....so finally something that works...also I have noticed less pain in my hands due to arthritis ....
Easy to swallow capsules..take two a day....certainly no after effects or after taste....quite a nice smell when you open the pot......will definitely keep taking these...”

I use these in combination with Boswelia, bromelain, papain and curcumin to reduce or eliminate arthritic inflammation in my knees - for this it works wonderfully
Devils claw is the least effective if these digestive enzymes but it adds to the effect
Also helps with IBS
