“I'm vegan so supplements are a daily must for me. Although it's hard to believe that I can get everything I need in one capsule a day, this comes pretty close. I like that they tell you exactly what plant based ingredient they used for certain things like DHA, selenium and iodine. This is quite reassuring and you are the free to do your research on them. I haven't found before a multivitamin for vegans that includes DHA so that's brilliant.
Although they include B12, I would still take extra B12 in a liquid form (you can't really overdose in B12) and I can't risk it being low as I like it from a different source. But everything else seems fine there. The tablets aren't too big. You only need one capsule a day, there's 90 capsules at 23.90£ at the moment which is about 0.27 pence a day. Very good price. Supplementing if you're vegan on a balanced diet can help with tiredness and energy levels. Although turning vegan increased my energy levels for the first few years, not supplementing properly eventually took its toll. So I definitely recommend this brand. I've had no adverse effects from it.”
“These are specifically for vegans. They're chock-ful of the stuff in which most vegan diets are deficient, such as B12, D3 and K2, B2, iron, zinc, selenium, iodine, omega 3 and iron.
At £23.90 they're fairly expensive, but the bottle will last you 3 months, so it rounds off to about £8 a month, which is good value.
The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and they don't have any unpleasant smell or flavour so if you're on a limited vegan diet, these will be hugely beneficial.”

“Bottle came well sealed. Comes with information that is clear and easy to read. The vitamins included in this mix is different than other vegan multivitamin tables I have tried.
It comes with 90 capsules. The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule per day giving you a 3 months supply!
These capsules did not have too much of a strong smell and I found the size to be average. They are quite easy to swallow with water.
Those who are commenting that these multivitamins are pricey must not realise that this is 3 months supply. Other vegan multivitamins I have tried cost me £10 per month. I believe these to be of good value and you get a good variety of supplements here.

“If like me you initially find that because the main language on the bottle is not in English you wonder if you'll be able to check contents and instructions. Don't be put off. It is there alongside a number of languages with some under the label.
The tinted bottles aim to preserve the contents better and at 2.3 x 0.8 cms the capsules may be harder to swallow for some than others.
With careful meal planning, other than B12, vitamins and minerals can be found in a vegan diet. However this is not always attainable and this supplement offers an 'all in one' answer to possible deficiencies in the ' essential' vitamins and minerals without the need for individual purchases of its specific ingredients.
As B12 absorption is very low in the intestine this supplements at the rate of 1000% of RDA. Vitamins B2 and K2 at 100% and D3 at 200%. These support healthy blood, skin, mucus membrane, blood clotting, bones, teeth and help with calcium absorption. Iodine, selenium, zinc are some of the minerals that are part of this vegan essential complex.
The sources of ingredients are natural whilst not making any claim to be organic including iron from curry leaves, selenium from mustard seeds and D3 from lichen.
This is labelled ' vegan essentials' and that is what you have in this product. There are cheaper alternatives but do compare like with like. Do they cover the whole range offered here and do they bulk out with fillers?
If taken daily this bottle would last 3 months. For the price it represents quality at a reasonable cost.”
