“I have PCOS and have heard lots of positive reviews of inositol helping with the side effects so I thought I’d give it a go.
When they arrived I was slightly confused by the label as it’s in another language, however I realised you can peel it back to reveal the English translation. It says to take 3 capsules a day with sufficient liquid and food. It then says not to take if pregnant or breastfeeding which surprised me as I thought I’d heard people say that this could help with fertility but I assume either I got that wrong or that hasn’t been tested/ approved. It also says it’s not suitable for prolonged use but didn’t say why which is a slight concern for me. I’m unclear if you’re able to drink alcohol with them as when I looked online it seemed to say you shouldn’t but there’s nothing on the label to suggest that.
The capsules themselves are bigger than I expected and look slightly DIY in my opinion as they are clear so you can see the yellow powder inside. They do look well sealed but also look like you could open them up to sprinkle into a yogurt if that’s allowed. I’m awful at swallowing big capsules so it’s taken me quite a while to take to them, I must admit some days I just ignore them as I hate trying to get them down. However when I have managed to take them as directed I do feel like they may have made a positive difference, possibly a placebo or my imagination but I feel like they helped with my weight, hunger levels and my hairline which has always been thin. They possibly even helped to reduce the amount of body hair which was great.
Overall I’m definitely keen to keep taking inositol but I just wish the capsules were smaller or they offered a gummy version of them.”

“Je prends ce produit car j’ai été diagnostiquée du sopk récemment. Aucun professionnel ne m’a conseillé ce produit. J’utilise ce produit depuis un petit mois donc il est encore trop tôt pour m’exprimer sur l’efficacité à moyen ou long terme.
J’ai quand même remarqué des améliorations. De base j’ai des cycles assez irréguliers et longs, qui tourne autour de 35/50jours. Je ne peux pas encore m’exprimer sur le retour d’une régularité du cycle.
Depuis que je prends ces compléments je me sens mieux dans ma tête et dans mon corps. Je dors mieux aussi.
A travers les commentaires et les recherches que j’ai faite, je pense sincèrement qu’il peut aider les personnes souffrant de sopk.

En revanche il y a un problème au niveau du prix avec ce produit. Au moment où je l’ai acheté début mars 2022 il coutait 28,90€. Aujourd’hui le 25 mars il est à 29,90€. Et j’ai vu qu’avant il était à 25,90.
Je trouve ça vraiment désolant que le prix augmente autant.
Il n’existe pas de multiples « traitements » pour le sopk, ces pilules semblent être super, sont naturelles et pas si chère que ça de base à côté des autres. C’est par ailleurs le complexe d’inositol qui a le meilleur rapport myo inositol et le d chiro inositol au niveau des prix.
On peut le commander sur le site d’origine vegavero a 25,90€. Pour la France la livraison est à 9,90€ pour une unité. Mais à ce jour si on en commande 2 la livraison est offerte. Et à partir de 3 unité, le prix descend.
Je vous laisse faire vos propres calculs. Pour tester vous pouvez prendre une unité ici.
Mais si ce traitement fonctionne je vous conseille de commander directement la bas. Ce sera plus avantageux.

hello je reviens pour apporter mon expérience 1 mois après. Le changement le plus marquable est le cycle. J'ai souvent des cycles longs, voir très longs (jusque 60 jours). Depuis que je prends ces pilules, le premier cycle que j'ai eu a duré 29 jours. Et ce n'était pas arrivé depuis longtemps ! Quant à savoir si ça atténue les autres symptômes du sopk, je sais pas trop, il est peut être encore trop tôt pour avoir un avis dessus. Je sais que l'inositol a des effets positifs sur la santé mentale et c'est vrai que je me sens mieux depuis que je prends ces compléments.”

“Das Problem bei Komplexmitteln ist oft, dass zwar viele Nährstoffe enthalten sind, aber diese dafür so niedrig dosiert sind, dass es manchmal kaum besser, als ein Multivitaminsaft ist.
