“I am very impressed with these products. This one is a most wonderful mix of Bilberries and Pine bark. Both ingredients have many known properties and there are many many studies done and being do on both.
Bilberries or Nordic Blue Berries have many polyphenols which help both immune function and inflammation. The list of what they have that is great for the body is too long to show But inflammation is the bodies greatest enemy and our refined diet makes inflammation a big problem .
Pine Bark, which I have used and known as Pycnogenol is again very highly anti inflammatory.It is well studied and possible can prevent blood clots , help with systolic blood pressure. help with raised cholesterol ,skin health, cognition and is being studied for a host of other conditions. It is highly antioxidant so reduces free radicals and supports the immune system.

“Here you’ve got 90 Bilberry and Nordic Pine Capsules from Vegavero, and if you take one each day , like I’m doing , then that’s three months supply.
I’m actually taking these capsules because I love Bilberries, with all their anti oxidant properties, and of course their great flavour, which is much richer than that of blueberries.
Of course, there’s no flavour to these capsules though, and the reason I’ve chosen them is because when you get bilberries in jars, they’re full of added sugar, and therefore these capsules give you all the benefits without the sugar.
I’ve concentrated on bilberries, as it were, because I’ve no idea what the benefits of Nordic Pine Bark are, but you don’t get much of that anyway, and I’m reckoning that it won’t do any harm.

I take care of my health through diet and lifestyle. Though in theory diet and lifestyle should be enough, living in a city where the pollution levels are pretty gross, and with lungs as my weak spot support is sensible. “Questo integratore sembra fatto appositamente per me!!!
Cieca come una talpa e con i vasi molto "deboli", quindi sempre piena di lividi, con predisposizione per avere le vene varicose
Dentro questo integratore troviamo il mirtillo nero molto famoso (come tutti mirtilli) per suo beneficio per la vista. PiĂą che altro ve la rafforza un po', quindi aggiunge qualche decimo se usato con costanza, ma nello soprattutto aiuta agli occhietti a sopportare i periodi di stress maggiore! (provate per credere: prendendo integratore per la vista costantemente, magari anche raddoppiando la dose nei giorni critici, gli occhi si stancano meno dopo le ore al PC!)
Oltre al mirtillo nero c'è la corteccia di pino. questa ha le proprietà vasoprotettrici, protegge i vasi sanguigni dalla fragilità eccessiva e migliora il microcircolo!!! Le mie gambe ringraziano! Finalmente posso mettermi la gonna corta, senza sembrare un piccolo "bandita" 5-enne
