“These are strange capsules, they're not your normal soft gels as they're in two halves like the ones that contain powder, but are sealed somehow with oil in. They're also a bit smaller and contain an air bubble. I'm not sure if this means they contain less oil, but I assume so. I can't taste or smell anything unpleasant and found them nice and easy to swallow.”
“I have taken Omega 3 soft gels previously, but never a Vegan substitute as I am not Vegan, but I liked the sound of them in the product description, with being quite pure and free from GMO. Also the alternative of using algae oil sounded interesting and maybe even more effective.
These are slightly smaller soft gels than I have been used to, but I always do have issues when trying to swallow tablets, so I do allow them to soften in my mouth a little before swallowing with water.
The product information does state that the green caps, as they are called, masks any unpleasant odours which they don't completely.
If you have fish oil in any form, it is always going to smell of fish and these still do, but they are definitely milder and have minimal after taste.
I have been taking these as directed, 2 daily, for just over a week and I have noticed that I feel as though I have a bit more energy than usual. I don't know if taking these is the cause for this, but I will continue to take them.
It does state under the container label to take 2 daily with sufficient water and food, so I am not sure whether to take these with, before or after food, as previous cod liver oil capsules did not state to take with food at all, so this is a bit confusing.
I generally take them about 30 minutes before my afternoon meal, and so far haven't had any problems with them. I will continue on taking these capsules in the same way as I currently am, and although they do seem a bit pricey for what is only 1 months supply, I would consider purchasing them again if they proved to be effective in the long run.”

What appeals to me about this product is that it combines Omega 3 oil with vitamins D & K – two supplements that I would normally take separately. Additionally, the product claims that by combining oil & vitamins, these fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed more easily. On the minus side however, is the price. 60 capsules – with a recommended dose of 2 per day – is only a month’s supply, for £22.99. That is rather expensive.”
“First impressions were good, fully sealed bottle and nutritional information on the peel-off sticker. You get 60 see through, green tablets and each portion is 2 tablets daily, so this is a 30 day supply. It's expensive in that sense at over £20 but these do seem to be very high quality so I don't see that as a barrier to purchasing them. The tablets themselves look really cool in the bottle, sort of a futuristic glowing green! They're smaller than regular supermarket type versions and are easier to swallow with no digestion issues or fishy smell. Each portion provides 300mg DHA, 150mg EPA, and 100% daily recommended amounts of vitamins E, A, K2 and D3. Overall, nice looking tablets, high quality product, great health benefits - recommended!”

Si presenta in un piccolo barattolo di plastica, con tappo a vite, con all'interno 60 capsule contenenti gli ingredienti, le capsule sono da 1000mg ciascuna (1g).
Esteticamente le capsule sono belle e abbastanza piccole, facili da deglutire con acqua.
Non hanno un particolare odore.
E' sempre interessante un integratore multivitaminico, per evitare di prendere troppe pillole.
Con le due un capsule raccomandate si raggiunge la dose giornaliera di K2 e vitamina E A, La vitamina D3 va presa secondo le indicazione del medico e nel mio caso devo aggiungere.”
“Ottimo prodotto, bel packaging e una quantità abbondante di varie vitamine per il sistema immunitario e non solo.
Non posso dire di aver riscontrato differenze fisiche dato che è molto difficile accorgersi dei cambiamenti in questi casi, le pastiglie sono facili da deglutire poiché molto lisce e contengono all'interno un liquido.
Metto quattro stelle perchè purtroppo per me il sapore è terribile, simile al pesce.”
