La dose consigliata dal produttore è di tre capsule al giorno (il barattolo ne contiene 120), il che significa che abbiamo una scorta per quaranta giorni e ovviamente ingerendo una sola capsula assumeremo solo un terzo della quantità riportata sull'etichetta. Questo può essere fastidioso per alcuni mentre per altri può essere un vantaggio in quanto possiamo scegliere di ridurre il dosaggio assumendo soltanto 1 o 2 capsule oppure distribuirle durante il corso della giornata.
