If you want to lower cholesterol then Red Rice Yeast is the way to do it naturally. This also has a goodly amount of Q 10 ,(50 mgs ,) which is so very important to so many functions in the body .. to all muscle tissue.
Bergamot is increasingly used and is very good and artichoke has been long used.
I love this mix and find it great value.

The pills are comfortable to swallow and I haven't experienced any digestive or stomach issues so far.
I find the combination of Q10 interesting as Q10 could also potentially influence cholesterol levels positively and also can have benefits for heart health, especially if combined with Omega 3 supplements.
I like that there aren't unnecessary additives or fillers so I will continue taking this supplement. However, the pills are packed in a plastic bottle, thus, a more eco-friendly alternative is in order, so one star less.”

“Ho acquistato il Riso Rosso Fermentato della Vegavero per aiutarmi a contrastare l'aumento del colesterolo che si presenta con l'avanzare dell'età. Sebbene abbia iniziato a prenderlo da poco e non possa ancora valutare l'efficacia a lungo termine, posso dire che la formulazione di questo integratore è davvero interessante.
Ciò che distingue questo prodotto è la combinazione del riso rosso ricco di monacoline con due piante note per le loro proprietà benefiche: il bergamotto e le foglie di carciofo.
