I dont know whether consuming cider vinegar in the form of gummies is in any way equivalent to drinking small quantities of cider vinegar with meals, but I am willing to give this a try for a month - which is how long the 90 gummies are expected to last. Recommendation is to have one each meal, three times per day.
They come in a screw top plastic jar, with a childproof (and very nearly adult-proof too!) lid that should stop any little ones from bingeing on a whole jarful which would not be a good idea. They are pleasant to chew, last for about five seconds of chewing and leave a mild and not unpleasant vinegary, appley taste in the mouth. I note the ACV content is only 450mg for a daily dose of 3 gummies.
I give a four star rating as I dont yet know if I will notice any change, but if there is anything noticeably positive or negative I will add to this review.
The price at the time of review was around £15 for one months supply, which is at the high end of the market range”

They are chewy but don't tend to stick to your teeth and have just the right amount of sweetness. I tried 1 gummy to start with and was pleasantly surprised that it tasted far better than it smelled. They're a weird colour to be honest, but since I'm taking these for their supposed effects rather than how they look, it would be unfair to judge them for being a bit 'ugly'.
