NEM, adaptogene und auch kosmetika sind in der einnahme immer langfristig angelegt.

“My son is a fussy eater so has a limited diet. I got these as he is always tired so wanted to get some iron into him to see if it made a difference. There are limited things I can try as he is fussy and when he saw these brown gummies, he was very reluctant to try them. I must admit they're not visually appealing!
They do, however, taste much better than they look - they are a soft gummy and not chewy, and the flavour is quite sweet so he was ok eating them.
The recommended dose for him is 3 a day. but even if he only takes one, I'm happy with him getting at least a bit of iron into him. They're not the highest dose in a gummy, but at least it's something.
He's taken them for 2 days now so it's too early to say if they have had much effect but it's definitely worth a try...”
