“I've been following keto and taking these. It's a bit hard to tell if this is helping or not, as when I do do keto, which is twice a year, alongside a caloried deficit I always get great results. So I'm not sure if this has accellerated those results at all.
It does have some key ingredients that I usually take anyway separately during keto, such as chromium, and canitine, and AC, so its great to see those in there too, just not at the quantity I would usually take them on.
I have felt full of energy during this months keto, despite been on keto and in a calorie deficit. I imagine that energy is coming purely from my body fat, however I trust this will be helping me in some ways too, however its just hard to tell if this alone is helping more than without. However I will continue to take them.
3 capsules per day, 60 dcapsules per tub which is a 20 day supply, which is unusual considering most supplements are usually a 30 day supply.”

It's almost a vindication (to me) of some of the supplements I'm taking because the fact they have combined them all into one signifies to me I was on the right track in taking them in the first place. The only problem with these complexes (combinations) is that quite often you don't get as much of the supplement as you would if you were taking them individually. Having just said that, serving for this is 3 tablets per day before each meal. Which on reflection is probably similar to the dosage I was taking individually. I was only taking one of each of the supplements per day. This also brings me to some other issues. That doesn't make this great value. This contains 60 capsules and at the recommended serving amount of 3 capsules per day this is only a 20 day supply. So considering the price I don't consider that great for the wallet. If it doesn't help you get slim I'm sure it will have that effect on your wallet. So although I do trust the ingredients contained it's just not as friendly for your wallet.”
