I do like nice clear instructions with products like supplements.
The capsules are quite large and have a strong smell, definitely smells of yeast which is not a pleasant smell. You can also taste that as you swallow them, but the taste soon goes and I haven't experienced any aftertaste from it and they were easy to swallow.
Because of the lack of clear instructions for using this product, and the unpleasant smell and taste I don't think I would use these again.”
