“Occasionally, I have a few drinks, and the mornings are never fun. A couple of times, I went out with some friends and had a few glasses, but I felt great in the morning with these. They seem to work for me, but I canât tell if they would have the same result after drinking heavily. They are easy to swallow and the taste is good, and overall, I would recommend them.”
“I wasn't sure how well these pills might work as a hangover cure, but having tried them I have to say that, yes, they do seem to have a positive effect.
Because all the labelling is in German (with some English small print but no detail) it's impossible to know exactly how much each tablet contains of what ingredients - however they do apparenty contain electrolytes (good for rehydration), vitamins (good for general wellbeing) and something called Choline (your guess is as good as mine!).
Each tablet is very big, and they're not easy to swallow without a drink, so be warned. They have a yeasty flavour and also a quite acid/metallic aftertaste - they're not nice!
Suggested dosage insn't entirely clear - it seems to suggest a max dose of 4 pills a day I think, but whether you can safely take 4 at once is not clear.
I took two the morning after a couple of beers too many - which normally, these days, would leave me feeling distinctly rough for the whole day. After about an hour I felt pretty much normal, so whatever the active ingredient is in these things, I would say they do work - for me, at least.”

I think it might help, but drinking water often while out drinking, is also going to help.
