I was chuffed when these showed up on VIne, as I currently take Vitamin K2 anyway and I was just about to run out. My layman's understanding is that Vitamin K2 helps ensure your calcium intake is deposited in your bones, where it belongs, rather than floating about in your bloodstream, clogging your arteries... where it doesn't!
As I drink milk by the gallon [or metric equivalent], I consider this one of my more essential supplemens.
I've not trried these yet. But looking at the label, they containe the same amount 200 micrgrammes of K2 Mk.7 bulked out with calcium carbonate [ie. chalk]. This is the same amount of K2 Mk.7 as my current ones. So they should be pretty much a like-for-like replacement.”
