“I was very impressed with my first consultation at the Veincentre. I was made to feel very comfortable. The receptionist, Jane was very pleasant and welcoming and put me at ease. The consultation and examination undertaken by Dr Mark Regi with the help of his colleague nurse Rebecca was very courteous and efficient. All my questions were answered in full. They were illustrated with diagrams so I could understand the anatomical problems and how the procedure would address them. I did not feel hurried. By the end of the consultation I felt reassured that I was doing the right thing and I was in very experienced and knowledgeable hands.”

“The sonagraph was carried out and I was provided with a gown which I appreciated as I would have found it uncomfortable standing there in my underwear. Various points from the pre-consultation form were confirmed along with the suggested treatment and price. I was very happy with the consultation and booked my date for treatment before leaving.”
