Great product. I only need a small amount in my long, thick hair. I apply it before blow drying and it keeps my hair soft and healthy - which is great since it’s dyed blonde. It works wonders in terms of preventing damage.

Great product for smoothing and calming frizzy hair, my hair feels soft and coated. Careful not to use to much or your hair will have a waxy feel. Mixed with number 7 is also great for mid-lengths to ends. I personally wouldn't apply to the root area, especially if you have fine/sparse hair.
