Kerasilk Treatment uses a 100% formaldehyde-free solution. That means it is non-toxic, hypoallergenic and irritation-free. It also preserves the health of your hair long term so in other words - your hair will fall back in love with you.
Keratin repairs the hair from within to create shine and de-frizz it. Want smooth, flowing hair? You’ll have it after this.
It makes your hair easier to manage and style. And who doesn’t need to spend less time in the morning with the dryer and straighteners? We do still recommend blow-drying after washing - but you’ll notice it is easier to achieve the right style much quicker.

Your stylist will wash your hair, apply the custom-mixed solution and seal the keratin into your strands with a flat-iron. Are there any extra charges?
If you have long (below shoulder) and/or very thick hair, an extra charge from $25 would apply to cover the cost of the additional Kerasilk product. We will advise you before we start - or you don't have to pay the extra.

To join the VIVO team, all stylists must pass a comprehensive trade test with a VIVO Master Stylist where they demonstrate their mastery in cutting, colouring and styling. All Stylists then undergo continuing education with our national Training and Development Program. This covers both technical aspects, including all classic hair services and brand new innovative techniques in cutting, colouring and styling - and VIVO philosophy, which is centered around understanding the clients' needs and desires, and tailoring a personalised style just for them. This way, you can count on every VIVO Stylist to deliver the VIVO Experience every time.
