The design and appearance are going to fit perfectly with any kitchen decor as it sports a beautiful stainless steel top and gently rounded corners. It is powered by two AAA batteries which should provide you with lots of use since the display will auto-shutoff when left unattended. It also zeros out automatically, which is a time saver in the kitchen when the wife's hands are covered in flour, etc. A very nice addition to any kitchen.”
