“We enjoyed our stay in the Regal Seagull at The Dawn condominiums. Our family of six was comfortable and had plenty of room to all sit at the table. The upper loft with bunk bed, chair, and tv was a nice place for the kids to have their own space. The furnishings and spiral stairs were all safe and durable. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The washer and dryer worked great. The master bedroom only had a double bed but it was super comfy. The balcony is a nice asset with a great view of the beach. The condos have two saline pools and one hot tub. They were beautiful and well maintained. Ryson rentals responded politely and quickly to any maintenance issue we had.”
