“We enjoyed our stay but there were a few small problems. The elevator quit working, one kitchen light blinked constantly, and the microwave handle was loose. We will definitely return. Loved the location.”

“It was a nice condo. The AC was way off the back was like a freezer and the front like a oven. We loved everything else. Thanks again for the opportunity for letting us stay in your resort.”

“The trip started off a little rocky due to not being able to get the check in key to the condo until exactly 3pm. After a long drive we stopped to get the key at 2:35 while some of my family members were buying last minute items for the trip. Figuring it takes 30 minutes to get from the realtor office to the actual condo I would have expected a little flexibility in receiving the key. But we were told we had to come back at 3pm. We didn't end up getting to the unit until 4 because of the delay in picking up the key. Please take into consideration how long it takes to travel to the actual unit and allow the customer to pick the key up accordingly. If I pay for the unit at 3 I should be able to walk into the unit one to 3. Anyway, my frustration over the key was quickly turned around when we saw the condo and facilities. Absolutely beautiful decor and accessibility to the beach and pool. We will definitely be returning.”

“We enjoyed our stay except for the gnats that we could not get rid of. Ryson have us some big spray and that helped a little. We were there for two months. We were also there when the quarantined started and everything closed. While that was not much fun it certainly was not Ryson's or the owner's fault. We did, however, miss getting out and walking the different beaches. Our accommodations were very nice and the only thing I would suggest for that is to have some sharp knives. Either sharpen or replace what is there.”

“Everyone loved the place. Except for the bad start of the Air condition not working but the rest of the days went very well! Nobody wanted to leave the place and the beach, well basically Galveston all together. So you will be seeing us next year for another family vacation but this time, a beach house would the goal. Thank you!”

“When we first booked we didn't really know what to expect being so west on away from the mainland. It was the best decision ever. The resort was nice and well maintained had a lot of amenities to offer. We really enjoyed the nice layout of the condo and we'll definitely book it again.”
