“We were immediately impressed with the view as soon as we walked through the door. For three older adult women this place was just the right size, although we missed having a table where we could dine together. Weather was not conducive to our dining alfresco. We had everything we needed in terms of what the owners supplied and in terms of Ryson letting us know we needed to bring. Kitchen storage was unique. Some storage for dishes is VERY high and we are not tall women. A small step stool would have been very helpful! Just FYI for anyone else who might need to know - the bathrooms in this condo are not handicap friendly - no grab bars anywhere. The walk-in shower was extremely slick and there were no mats. We put a towel on the floor of that shower to help be stable. The tub/shower combo was also somewhat slick and also had no grab bars. This condo is located so wonderfully to handicap parking and the elevator, making it a great place for those with accessibility needs. Making those bathroom upgrades would assure the ability to rent as an accessible condo - tho not for wheelchair accessibility,I don't think. The main hallway is tight, and the large entry table makes it even harder to carry in luggage, etc. the table is beautiful, tho, and has a good place for dropping keys, papers, etc. It stormed our first night there and the electricity flickered many times, but thankfully it never went off. I trust this is due to a great back-up system for which we were thankful. The time we were there we never bothered by pool noise, hallway noise, etc. We were even greeted by some other guests in the parking garage who gratefully offered to help 3 elderly ladies load our luggage, etc. onto a cart and took it up to our condo and unloaded it for us. It was absolutely wonderful. We still wish we knew who they were and where they had been staying so we could have thanked them appropriately. ... We give thanks that we found this condo. Thanks for sharing it with us.”

“The home was nice but I did If it was my rental i would change a few things. I have 2 small kids so i would not have cleaner or anything down where kids could reach it. Also there was a telescope in the living room that i also had to move due to my small kids. I could not find any extra blankets. All of the dishes where glass and so i feed my kiddos on a paper towel. All of this was doable. if i would have know in advance i could have brought the extra things i needed. The condo was nice and had nice furniture. The view was good and we did not hear any of our neighbors or anything.”
