“Awesome location and amazing views, but the cleanliness definitely needs to improve. There was a horrible smell when we arrived and we were immediately swarmed by hundreds of drain flies. The maintenance guy "treated" the drains, but the flies remained. The only way to keep them away was to close the drains. Shower heads were not clean and there were not enough towels or wash cloths for the number of people I booked. We later received some more, but why should we have to go through the hassle to begin with? I was told by a couple of different managers that I would be called back about the situation, but never received the follow-up calls. It's a shame because this is otherwise a great house. I wish our experience would've been better.”
