“I booked the Salty Kiss to get out of the city for the weekend and the home was so amazing. MY father, daughters and granddaughters had an amazing time. The home had everything that we needed. The home was spacious. The balconies were perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I would definitely recommend this rental vacation home. Ryson Rentals did a wonderful job. Check in was super easy and whenever I had a question no matter how trivial someone was there to answer the phone. My family really enjoyed themselves.”

“Salty Kiss was a super short walk to beach. House was in good condition and was clean. Beautiful view of ocean and located in a quiet little neighborhood. Some lights in disrepair, some dishes were unclean. Front door handle was very difficult to open/close which was a minor frustration throughout the weekend. Trash bin was rusty. Good layout. W/D, grills, outdoor shower and hose were a plus.”

“The house is beginning to show wear. The steps and deck need painting. An electrical fixture on the deck needs to be repaired. The bathtub on the first floor needs to be reglazed or replaced. Painting the inside of the house would also be good.”

“House is large with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms are downstairs with one bathroom with a tub and one sink. This tub could use a little work on the lining but it works just fine. Kitchen is large and equipped with a lot of appliances and cookware. Three stools for counter seating along with seating for eight at the table. Two couches (seats 3-4) and two chairs. TVs are not smart TVs but the management folks brought a ROKU adapter when asked for the main tv and we were able to watch Netflix. Bunk beds and queen bed in one room, king in another downstairs. Upstairs two bedrooms with king beds and day bed with trundle in each. Attached bathrooms in each room. Walk out patio from master bedroom. There is a large table on main floor patio that seats 12 I think. The swing that someone complained about has new chains and might even be a new swing. Issues we encountered: Power went out one morning (not fault of rental folks and they got people out to fix as soon as we reported it), rented golf carts to use on the beach only to find out that Bermuda Beach doesn’t allow golf carts or anything to be driven on it. The opening for you to use to bring things like tents, etc that you don’t want to carry down is pretty small and this is a public beach so you might be fighting for a spot to put your car. It’s a very small neighborhood so I don’t recommend golf carts. Anyway I would give them for our experience. Bring plenty of sunscreen and enjoy.”
