“We had a great stay December 28 thru the 1st 2022. The house had a great view of the beach and it was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the washer and dryer but there were beach chairs and a small cart in the laundry room that I assume we’re useable for the guests. The TV and internet worked fine. The pictures on the site need to be up graded . They have replaced the sofas in the living room they are new and very comfortable. They have also installed a fenced area in the front/beach side of the house. Great for small children and pets. Easy check in and check out. We would definitely rent again.”

“The bungalow was everything we could imagine. Location is superb, and the lodging adequately furnished. Ryson is so easy to work with. April was so accommodating and helpful. I most certainly will book my next stay with Ryson and if it's available, stay at the Bungalow.”

“Mostly to do with the faucets, master bathroom needs to be replaced in shower. The dishwasher isn’t attached well si if you don’t know to shove it straight it doesn’t work, rollers on slide out rack are broken. There was not any trash liners (need to leave a few until can get to store. II guess it would have been nice to have at least a shaker of salt and pepper and a few coffee filters for that first pot of coffee since we can not know what style of maker in house. Top of glass stove was not clean. I have stayed in an other one of the Ryson houses and a few inexpensive items were furnished to get an overnight stay more convenient until could go to store.”

“The roof leaked, the rooms do not cool off, the washer and dryer are in a dirty cluttered room downstairs and the house had dog hair all over the place. The cabin did offer a short walk to the beach.”

“This Bermuda Beach house has a fabulous view of the Gulf (from 2nd row) including a cozy covered deck with a mini tiki bar and a small fenced in yard to play games. You can hear and see the waves from inside and outside of the house (deck) with a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The house graciously provided many amenities including beach chairs, wagon and boogie boards. Plenty of kitchen stuff and room to spread out and play family game night in the living room. Holiday weekend beach goers music could be heard late at night from down the road, otherwise so very peaceful and lovely weekend.”

“We have stayed at Bermuda Bungalow several times, we love the location! The issues we experienced this trip screams maintenance and upkeep. Though disappointed fencing was put up cutting straight access to the beach the walk was very doable. The following list are very needed updates to justify the cost of the rental. The couches and Blue striped chairs are dirty and broken down. The pullout had living roaches in it. The refrigerator didn’t seal, we kept an ice chest in front of it. The towel rack I. The front bath kept falling down, and the closet door in the second bedroom was hanging off track. Lastly there was drawers and cupboards were being used to store supplies fir the owners or maintenance crew. There is no pantry so the hutch needs to be clear for renters to store food! We love the cabin but it is in dyer need of updates. We will have to find another property next year if updates aren’t made. I will say, when we arrived the properties grass was up to my knees, I made a call the next morning and the landscaper was out that day. It would have been proactive on Rysons end to have the property mowed prior to our arrival.”
