“Hall toilet does not flush good. Coffee maker leaks. Back door handle would not stay on. Downstairs deadbolt would not stay on. Beds were comfortable and clean. The ac worked really good. The view was great. The neighbors to the left ( if you face the house) came in Thursday and were loud till after midnight on Thursday & Friday June 24th&25th, so loud that it kept waking us up(music and cheering).”

“We come to Indian Beach every summer and love this location and private beach. House was perfect location, comfy beds , plenty of towels and love having the washer and dryer. We will be back !”

“This home has a well-stocked kitchen, making meal prep a joy.(Could use sheet pan or cookie sheet.) The cargo lift was a GOD SEND!! (After using theirs this week, we wish we had installed one for the many years we owned a home in Indian Beach!!) The house itself is out-dated, but the owners have furnished it nicely, and it is clean and comfortable. The biggest thing we noticed was the worn & stained carpet. Ewww! A few other smaller suggestions would be to have non-skid rugs (we kept slipping on the ones there, which could be a safety issue), a hand towel ring in the Master Bath, a few lamps in the living area (only has ceiling lights), a manual/book with instructions for the TV (SO FRUSTRATING if you're not acquainted with the service they use), plus any other info you need to know about the house & it's amenities. The Management Service was EXCELLENT! They responded quickly to all calls & requests and were very professional. Would help to know in-advance that late check-out is an option, if you're willing to pay the extra fee. Overall great vacay, GREAT location, and would return again. Thanks much!”
