We have stayed at this beach house in 2005, 2006, 2014 and 2015. It has great furniture, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and a great kitchen. 2 baths worked fine for 10 people. Has enough kitchen items although we bring a few extra pots and pans. Deck is nice and access to the beach excellent. Downstairs has toilet and sink plus assorted beach toys, alas the cabana shower did not survive hurricane Ike. Overall a wonderful house priced more reasonably than others its size. Only negatives: the hot tub has never really been more than tepid for us, probably 110 instead of 220 electricity. Air conditioning is good but has trouble keeping up in main room because of all the windows. 2014 we started closing the hurricane doors where the sun hit hardest and that really helped. We bring a few fans in case. Foose ball table is really in the way and we move to the corner. Wish the deck had some cover but we bring our e-z up. Those few things don't really give us any trouble, just want to give a thorough review. We'll be back!

We had 5 adults and 4 children under 4. The house was exactly what we wanted - steps from the beach! We were in the water 3 times a day! The kitchen was fully equipped and furniture was comfy. The concierge service was exceptional. They got us pack-n-plays, beach chairs, canopies and beach toys, since we were traveling from across the country

Enjoyed stay. House was clean. Only thing needed to be mowed around bottom deck. Garbage can was already full and hadn't been emptied by previous occupants. We would stay here again.

Windows galore provided spectacular views throughout the home. The beach is the nicest beach we have seen in Galveston, meaning it was wide and shallow for a long ways. Even during very high tide when Galveston city didn't have beach, we did. At night, the long walks were nice because there was a steady 2" of water along the beach. The kids could go way out to boogie board and play because the water didn't drop off to deep. Hot Tub was provided. Wear ear plugs. Suggest bringing more trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't want to do dishes, so also brought other paper goods. Overall. It was an amazing experience!
